Information for Presenting Authors
Oral presentations
The duration of oral presentations is 12 minutes + 2 minutes discussion, for a total of 14 minutes. Please make sure that your talk does not exceed this time. There will be a central synchronization system, therefore talks will be interrupted after 14 min. There will be a 3-minute break between talks to allow changing rooms.
Symposium presentations
The duration of symposium talks has been decided by symposium conveners. Please contact your conveners for details concerning your talk.
Poster presentations
Size of poster boards is A0, orientation Portrait, that is, 840 mm wide x 1189 mm high.
